Description

RAYSOV ZXFlasee C Digital X-ray System for X-ray LNG Vessel or Cylinder tanks are used to examine the internal structureand quality of LNG Vessels or Cylinder Tanks. 

This system utilize X-rays to capture High-qulity real-time images of  LNG Vessels/Cylinder Tanks, assisting inspectors toidentify Weld Seam defects or issues that may bepresent. 

Quickly and effectively check the porosity, shrinkage hole,porosity, shrinkage, slag inclusion and other defects of LNG Vessels/Cylinder Tanks. 

 ◆ circumferential welds, longitudinal welds: single wallsingle projection, double wall single projection radiography ◆ The inspection is carried out using a through-line conveyorsystem. The detection mode can be set to manual mode, teaching mode, orautomatic mode. 

 ◆ The X-ray digital image processing test level meets therequirements of NB/T 47013.11 standard for level A and B, and compliance with GB/T 17925-2011 standard for level A and B. 

The movement of the inspection fixture meet the needs of customer's product for DR testing of two ring welds simultaneously. The sensitivity of the image quality meter meets the requirements stipulated in NB/T47013.2 standard. 

 ◆ Image sensitivity: The DR digital radiography image quality meets the AB level technical requirements of the NB/T47013.11-2015 X-ray Digital Imaging Inspection standard.

 ◆ The system software includes defect marking (can directly insertsymbols or words representing defects: such as pores, incompletefusion, etc.), defect size measurement calibration function; hasthe function of browsing and searching for images and relatedinformation; contains image processing functions such as windowselection, noise reduction, brightness and contrast enhancement;saves the image data after noise reduction as the original imagedata.

 ◆ Image storage uses standard DICOM format. The welding workpiecenumber, weld seam number, penetration thickness, penetrationprocess parameters, geometric dimension calibration results, anddefect interpretation marks can be written into the imagedescription field of the image file. These information should havean unchangeable property. Each detection image file can be markedwith necessary information identification, such as weldingworkpiece number, weld seam number (A-longitudinal seam,B-circumferential seam), and inspection date, etc. Theseinformation identifications are directly written into the imagefile during image storage and cannot be changed.
