2. Detection process
1) The wheel hub to be inspected enters the entry cart, the entry cart transports the hub to the entrance door, andpushes the hub into the lead protection room.
2). L-type chain drives the wheel hub to be inspected to the detection position, the X-ray is emitted by the X-ray tube, the test wheel is detected through X-ray, and the detection image is received by the flat-panel detector and displayed on the computer monitor. The C-arm can detect the inclination Angle, and the transmission chain can move the wheel hub forward or backward to complete the observation of the internal defects of the wheel.
3). At the end of the test, the chain will transport the inspected wheel hub to the outlet cart, run to the outlet, and transport to the roller table.
4) Repeat the above procedure steps to complete the detection of the next test wheel.
