Boiler welded pipe flaw detection

ZXFlasee B series inspection system is designed to detect steel pipe welds of different specifications and sizes in the boiler industry. Based on quality control needs, we summarize years of application experience and develop a series of testing systems in subdivisions.
☑Segment application needs and provide the best cost performance
☑All adopt high-frequency and high-voltage technology, with stronger penetrating power and more stable rays; separate high-frequency and high-voltage generators.
☑The image detector is domestically produced, with superior performance and more convenient service
☑Raylion image filtering technology for subdivision processing of steel and aluminum makes the image clearer

01 Boiler single tube inspection

ZXFlasee B boiler single tube inspection system is a cost-effective inspection system specially developed for digital imaging (DR) of X-ray inspection of small diameter welded pipe butt welds.
#01 Boiler single tube inspection process
1). The small-diameter pipe is sent into the inspection room through a forced feeding device. The operator observes through video inspection whether the position of the girth weld reaches the inspection position.
2). The weld moves to the detection position, the shutter opens, and X-rays begin to transilluminate. The weld can be manually rotated or 3-5 images of the weld from different angles can be automatically collected through a preset program.
3). After the inspection is completed, the welded pipe is returned or advanced to the next station, and subsequent welds continue to be inspected.
#02 System parameters
Workpiece material: Steel pipe weld
Ray energy: 160kV/225kV/320kV/450kV
Focus size: d=0.4 / d=1.0mm (EN12543)
Transillumination thickness:
160KV: 3~6mm
225KV: 3~9mm
320KV: 3~13mm
450KV: 3~20mm

02 Boiler tube screen inspection

ZXFlasee B pipe screen inspection system is a cost-effective inspection system specially developed for digital imaging (DR) of X-ray inspection of small-diameter welded pipe screen butt welds.
#01 Boiler tube screen inspection process
1). An 8m conveyor roller is placed on one side of the lead room for loading and unloading the tube rows. The tube rows to be inspected are placed on one side of the roller conveyor.
2). The roller rotates, the conveyor pipe row enters the inspection room, the weld runs to the inspection position, the X-ray is turned on, the workpiece is detected by transillumination, the C-arm can be tilted for inspection, the flat plate and the X-ray machine move synchronously, and the weld is photographed.
3). The welds at different positions in the running direction of the pipe row can be moved forward and backward through the conveyor roller to reach the detection position. After all the welds are inspected, the roller will move the pipes. The row is transported to the roller conveyor on the other side for unloading.
4). Repeat the above steps to complete the inspection of the next pipe row.
